Michael has unprecedented transferable and analytical skills couple with highly developed expertise in management, financial services, recruitment, sales/marketing, PR, training, and communication. Michael considers himself to be very pro-active and forward thinking person that adapts well to new environments and grasps concept quickly.
A professional with many years of experience in Senior Management levels, Finance, Recruitment, Training and general HR. Michael possess excellent communication skills and positive nature to operate confidently at all levels, the ability to combine a pragmatic approach with innovative problem-solving skills, a flexible self-starter, who performs at his best combining a high degree of autonomy with the opportunity to interfere positively and productively with others in various roles and fields.
Michael single-handedly researched, found a gap and set up his first company (Crystal Blend UK Ltd) predominantly a recruitment and employment business in 1999 which was later incorporated in May 2000 as a limited company after moving out of his professional Financial Services background where he has worked with many top rated SMEs and Global Financial Institutions including City Financial Partners and American International Group (AIG). As a forwarding thinking and objective professional he believes in taking calculated risks, business expansion and diversification with the passion he has in the Financial Services industry, he went further to establish his second company in 2004 (Crystalblend Training Academy) which specialises in the training and producing top quality graduates within the UK, Africa and Asia as Mortgage and Financial Advisers respectively. At the beginning of 2009, Michael thirst for expansion and diversification continues when he incorporated Crystalblend Financial Services LLP, a company that offers bespoke financial advice and services’ including mortgages, loans, wills, protections, pension and many more financial advices as required.
Michael is a graduate of Money, Banking/Financial Services from Middlesex University, London, a business man, lover of jazz and r&b music and an active sports man. Other interests includes mentoring, networking, keen participation in charity works, never believes it’s over until it’s over done with.
The philosophy of our business is very simple; to provide customer service that is not only the best, but legendary. This philosophy runs deep throughout the companies and the standards in which we work to have now been deeply enshrined in to our company makeup, this has helped us to grow into prospering businesses with a great client base and a friendly, experienced and skilled team.
Olufunke Oguntayo BA (Hons) BIT, MA Housing Implementations & Policies
Executive Director
Olufunke is a graduate of Westminster University, London, she has a friendly and outgoing personality able to get on with people at different levels and in all situations with experience domestic violence, experienced in multicultural environment, Health and Safety, fundraising and issues of confidentiality. Funky (as she’s normally referred to) is considered to be an excellent Administrator with exceptional managerial acumen in numerous fields and industries, especially in the Housing sector. She is currently is currently consulting for two of the UK’s leading Local Authorities on housing policies and implementation issues.
She has the ability to work conscientiously and professionally as part of a team as well as a team leader and can deal competently with all tasks from administrative to board levels. She has always been an effective director in the implementation and diversification of the Companies within the Crystalblend Group, her meticulous policies has made the Company to always adopt a shock absorber approach when embarking on any project for the unforeseeable future. She is a very dedicated mother who prioritise her domestic issues first before any other thing. She is a very humble woman with exceptional customer service skills.

Senior Compliance Consultant (Financial Services)
Vincent is a Business Consultant specializing in Financial Services Project Management and Communication. Vincent’s previous background as a Senior Financial Advisor and Regional Manager
has provided the foundation to his extensive experience in dealing with inter-departmental relationships, performance data analysis, motivating, and ‘effective project planning and monitoring’
skills. He has the Full FPC and MAQ qualification and his Financial Advisory experience has led to a comprehensive understanding of the raft of products and services provided by Life Companies, Institutional and Private Clients in the UK, Europe and Asia
Vincent prides himself in his ability to not only negotiate internally and externally on behalf of clients but also to be able to effectively track and motivate the said parties to achievement of ‘Common Business Goals’. Above all Vincent has the ability to build strong multi-functional teams and to track the development of these teams as they deliver predefined objectives.
Areas of expertise have included ‘servicing strategies’ developing consistent internal and external ‘Business Development’. Vincent has also created his own unique ‘Business Models’ specifically for the Financial Services industry and has been able to successfully apply these to the range of ‘trouble shooting’ projects he has been asked to solve.

Imran Ahmad Graduated Industrial Design in 2000 at Southbank University, London. Having worked in product design Imran quickly gained a strong understanding on taking a product from its very conception to its market place.
Having gained this strong skill set Imran then created Strawberry Cheesecake a design consultancy geared towards understand perceptions, providing its clients the ability to change and strengthen their brand “The outward strength of a brand is only truly projected once the mindset of its messengers hold to its ethos.” Imran continues to create exciting, innovative concepts and ideas for The Crystal Blend Group whilst maintaining his standards for excellence. Imran is also a director of two major design and e-Commerce companies respectively, he loves music and dancing passionately.

Achievements to date: running successful web design agency, building up a list of reputable clients, reaching the finals of the National Business Awards
Past History: I’ve been working in IT for more than 15 years and have extensive knowledge of programming and technical design architecture. Previously I have worked at T Mobile, Deutsche Bank and other investment banks as a Technical Consultant. Omar is also a director of e-regeneration, an e-commerce & IT firm in the UK.
Education: First Class Honours Degree in Maths from City University

Courtney is a vibrant young professional with a background in IT stretching back for over 10 years. His career started in the City working for a Blue chip company where he learned a vast array of new skills in the IT field which created a platform for where he is today.
Courtney is also a director and the head of technical operations with e-regeneration (an e-commerce & IT firm in the UK) who manages a development team in the UK with an impressive skill set embodying a large set of the web development toolkit inclusive of, Adobe CS4, html, php, MySQL, Oracle.
Web development has always been a passion and the thirst for knowledge is always present in order to keep his skills up to date.

Accountant
Graduated of University of Lagos. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom and the Institute of Financial Accountants of the United Kingdom. He is in charge of tax work, corporate finance and start up businesses. Dean worked in practice for many years before moving into corporate world.
Dean is also a senior partner of Dean Howard & Co, a UK established chartered Accountants and Auditors practice. He is seen as a gentle and a private person with aspiration for music.

Frank Olaniran MA
Operations Manager
A self-motivated, hard working, reliable and honest individual who has good communication and interpersonal skills that enables him to interact with a diverse range of people with different abilities. Frank enjoy team work able to develop good working relationships with colleagues organize and artistic, he enjoy hands on approach.
Frank had his first degree (BA) in Applied Criminal Justice from the University of Bradford UK in 2007 then took a step ahead to obtained a Masters degree (MA) in Youth Justice, Community Safety & Applied Criminology from the Middlesex University also in the UK. Looking from his educational background and career progression, there is little or no correlation but Frank is a determined and focused individual who believes in diversification and adapting to new challenges with determination to succeed, his performances in this role has been exceptional due to numerous internal and external organisation adaptation trainings he has undergone and currently undergoing.
